Your identity stays private until you approve
We never disclose your company name to any site developer or counterparty without your explicit knowledge. You'll be notified of every proposed introduction — and you have 5 business days to decline before anything moves forward.
Only anonymised summaries circulate at the matching stage
During our matching process, counterparties see capability summaries only — capacity ranges, deployment timelines, general technology type. No specifications, no pricing, no IP.
A bilateral NDA locks in before any detail is shared
Technical specifications, performance data, and commercial terms are only disclosed after a separate bilateral NDA is executed between you and the specific counterparty. We facilitate it. You control it.
Three year confidentiality obligation
Our obligations to you survive for three years from the date of disclosure — not just from the signing date. Information you share today is protected regardless of what happens to our commercial relationship.
