Combined NDA/PPA

Before any profile detail is shared or any deep-dive undertaken, the legal foundation is established. A personalised Platform Participation Agreement — which also serves as your NDA — is pre-populated from your application data and sent via SecureDoc for electronic signature. Confidentiality obligations, matching rights, commercial terms, and the success fee structure are all set at this stage. Nothing proceeds without a signed agreement in place.

With the agreement signed, approved participants complete a detailed structured profile that feeds the matching engine. Technology companies provide full capacity specifications, deployment timeline, regulatory status, case studies, and geographic preferences. Site developers provide power requirements, interconnection status, site control documentation, and urgency. Financiers provide mandate parameters, ticket size ranges, and deployment criteria. The quality of what you put in determines the quality of what comes back.

Account activation is not a door opening — it is the matching engine starting work on your behalf. Your completed profile is scored by the AI matching engine and reviewed by the founding team before any match is surfaced. Compatibility is assessed across five dimensions: capacity fit, timeline alignment, economic compatibility, technical suitability, and regulatory alignment. Matches are ranked, reasoned, and reviewed before any contact is made. SitePower coordinates between parties — we are not a directory you search yourself.

Each completed profile undergoes both AI scoring and human assessment before matching begins.

Match

Your first match report arrives within 7 days of activation. Each report includes a compatibility score with full dimensional breakdown, the reasoning behind the match, the counterparty's anonymised profile, and recommended next steps. Both parties must consent to proceed before any identity or detailed information is exchanged. A bilateral NDA is then executed between the matched parties before technical, financial, or site-specific detail is shared.

No introduction is made without consent from both sides. No detail is shared without a bilateral NDA in place.
