Project details unlock only under bilateral NDA
Investment memoranda, financial models, site details, and sponsor identities are shared only after a bilateral NDA is executed between you and the relevant project counterparties. We facilitate — you control the disclosure.
Three year confidentiality obligation
Our confidentiality obligations run for three years from each disclosure. Information shared in connection with any opportunity is protected well beyond the typical deal timeline — whether or not the transaction closes.
