You own your client relationships

Every client you bring to the platform is registered in your Named Client Registry. SitePower is contractually prohibited from engaging those clients outside the co-delivery structure without your written consent.

You lead delivery, we provide the infrastructure

For co-delivered advisory engagements, you lead the client relationship and own the deliverables. SitePower supplies matching intelligence, deal structuring support, and platform data.

Revenue is shared in your favour

Co-delivered advisory fees split 70% to you / 30% to SitePower. Referral commissions are paid within 7 days of client payment clearing. Clean, simple, no MRR to track.

Client Direct Split: For co-delivered advisory engagements, the client makes two separate payments — 70% directly to you, 30% directly to SitePower. SitePower's share never passes through your accounts.

Named Client Registry

Your clients stay yours

The Named Client Registry is a contractual protection built directly into the Relationship Partner Agreement. Register any client you introduce to the platform — SitePower is then legally prohibited from engaging that client outside the co-delivery structure without your written consent.

How to register a client

Email atlas@sitepower.ai with your client's name and entity.

SitePower confirms registration within 2 business days.

Client is added to Schedule A of your Agreement — dated and protected.

SitePower cannot solicit or provide standalone advisory services to registered clients without your written consent.

Protections survive for 24 months after agreement termination.

Deals in active negotiation at termination remain commission-eligible for 12 months.
